1. Any one can unlock smartphone user lock easily. Press and hold volume up + volume down  and home button simultaneously.Wait 3 to 10 minutes phone going to recovery mode . In recovery mode You see a list select wipes factory format  now your phone formatting  wait  and see and configure your phone.
2. If You see problem to configure phone and need previous g mail address and password . You need to unlock Your phone frp lock. You can unlock  phone frp paid mathod or easy mathod without paid
